Some brand evolutions start by first creating the brands

Alliance Residential Company is one of the largest U.S. multifamily companies with offices located throughout America. They have invested in more than $3 billion of real estate and manage a $9 billion portfolio. Their most luxurious brand of communities, Broadstone, is growing at an astonishing rate. And they’ve asked The Partnership to help them brand their newest properties being constructed throughout the Southeast.

Currently, The Partnership is working on branding for new developments in Atlanta (Buckhead, Midtown and Sandy Springs), Charleston (Folly Beach) and Nashville (Germantown) with several more new properties throughout the Southeast coming soon. We’ll be responsible for creating the total brand for each property – from the logos to the collateral to the web presence. While each property’s brand will be guided by its unique features, target audience and feel, they will still fit into the overarching branding structure of Broadstone Living as a whole – an interesting branding challenge we’re looking forward to solving.
