Mike Palma, CEO & Owner, The Palma Group
Mike Palma is the owner and founder of The Palma Group., a headhunting, rainmaking and matchmaking firm based in Atlanta. Following his career as a Parade Magazine All-American basketball player, Mike began his professional career as a basketball coach at The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA in 1984.
In 1989, he transitioned into executive recruiting for advertising agencies. Since then he has placed more than 1,300 top professionals at nearly 200 agencies, including BBDO, GSD&M, C-K, 22squared, Tombras Group & The Partnership.
In 2004, Palma spent two years on the agency side as SVP, Business Development for BBDO. He then launched The Palma Group, a hybrid headhunting and new business firm for ad agencies. Since then, he has helped his agency clients win over $300 million in revenues.
In 2010, The Palma Group began managing agency reviews for brand marketers. Since then, he has run 40+ reviews for top brands, including The Coca-Cola Company, Arby’s, Zaxby’s, Heineken USA, Peugeot North America, Church’s Chicken, Stainmaster and Mohawk.
Amanda Lucey, CEO & Owner, The Partnership
Amanda Lucey, CEO and owner of The Partnership, is a seasoned media professional and serves as a spokesperson for brands and partners. Amanda has been a communications leader, providing strategic public relations, branding and corporate communications for clients and companies across the country for over 20 years.
Her background includes the management of all marketing and communications efforts and was responsible for issues and crisis management, media training and developing marketing strategies.
