REPORTS TO: Sr. Group Creative Director
EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 2-5 years
Primary goal of this role would be to partner with GCD to push creative opportunities, help develop brief strategy, oversee all copy for client work and develop the TPI brand voice and personality alongside other key agency leads.

POSITION SUMMARY

This person will be a creative driving force on the team. They are self-driven and infectiously curious. They are a strategy nerd and loves to dig in and find a nuanced strategic insight. The copywriter is responsible for working with designers and art directions to concept and bring to life the creative umbrella and vision of a project. What if and Yes, and are phrases that they repeat often. Whether it’s concepting a campaign with an art director from scratch or taken client provided copy and improving it, this person brings style and tone to any piece of copy on all projects in the agency. Not only are they responsible for the copy on the project itself but they know how to write the copy supporting, selling and explaining the work.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education from a Design or Graphics Arts school for BA/BS in Advertising, Marketing, Arts, English, Creative Writing, Journalism for Mass Communication preferred

  • 2+ years of advertising agency or comparable internship experience
  • Knowledge of advertising fundamentals, including brand development, strategy, storytelling, design, new/emerging platforms and technologies
  • Basic understanding of how a campaign integrates across all channels

DEPARTMENT: Creative
REPORTS TO: Sr. Group Creative Director
EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 2-5 years
In order to grow and elevate our ability to create insight driven creative campaigns, we are looking to add an art director to the team. The ideal art director will not only have excellent layout skills but they will have experience working in partnership with a copywriter to execute campaign work against a creative brief. They will bring high-level, umbrella campaign ideas and be able to bring them to life across various media and outputs.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Art Director is a part of a creative team, helping craft engaging, eye-catching visual content. The ideal candidate is a multidisciplinary conceptual thinker who can creatively solve various challenges across brand identity systems. They have a strongly developed design aesthetic and are fluent in the practical aspects of digital design, art direction, and motion. They are dedicated to craft with an eye for great design and big ideas. They are capable of concepting big ideas and then know how to bring them to life across all aspects of a campaign. They collaborate with copywriters, photographers, designers/animators and creative directors to bring ideas to life in the content and social space. Ideally, they have a good understanding of different media and social channels, how to express an idea in different forms and media types, and the ability to articulate your ideas clearly and simply. You are hungry to grow and learn the processes of being a successful award-winning creative.

REPORTS TO: Senior Director of Public Relations
This position will be based in our Atlanta office

A fast-paced environment, the desired applicant would have agency, government, communications, and writing experience – responsible for content development, media management; placement and dissemination, press and media releases, social media calendar, etc.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Public Relations Coordinator serves as a conduit for relationships and partner management. Responsible for content development, social media management; creation of content and management of social media calendar. The ideal candidate would be a forward thinker, specialize in media management, press and media releases, placement, media monitoring, and awareness of current trends within marketing and public relations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and enhances relationships with appropriate local and national media representatives.
  • Responds to media inquiries in accordance with media relations procedures, representing The Partnership and partners in a professional manner.
  • Manages media relations, scheduling interviews, panels, speaking engagements, etc., making appropriate arrangements.
  • Monitors all media activity and placements related to The Partnership, its partners, competitors, and issues affecting the industry, including partner relations.
  • Ensures timely and convenient distribution of reports and clips for The Partnership and its partners.
  • Develops and manages content calendars and distribution plans for the public relations department.
  • Researches, writes, and disseminates news releases, feature stories, photo releases, calendar announcements, and story pitches to appropriate news media outlets.
  • Coordinates with graphic designer and social media specialist to develop social content calendar, manages monthly social calendar.
  • Maintains awareness of and proficiency in current trends and practices in marketing and public/media relations.
  • Assists in writing and/or proofreading materials.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, including thorough understanding of correct grammar and ability to with minimal revision; news releases, feature stories, pitch letters, statements, and talking points.
  • Ability to create targeted messages for a variety of media outlets.
  • Self-starter, able to work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines.

The Account Manager requires strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills. The position will be responsible for supporting the Account Director in managing accounts and executing deliverables in addition to independently managing marketing requests. 

RESPONSIBILITY 1: Provide Excellent Account Management  

  • Gain understanding of the client’s business and industry.  This includes the client’s current marketing plans as well as competitors.
  • Communicate project status and follow up to ensure expectations are met.
  • Ability to ask appropriate questions related to client requests to ensure we have a clear understanding of the work that is requested.
  • Attend key client meetings and provide detailed conference reports, inclusive of meeting results and key actions.
  • Answer client requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor all deliverables to ensure work meets the needs communicated by clients.

RESPONSIBILITY 2: Internal Collaboration and Project Management

  • Support Account Director on internal and external projects.
  • Lead the flow of various projects through the agency’s system.
  • Understand deliverables, develop timelines for assigned projects, and partner with team members to ensure quality completion.
  • Monitor the flow of projects to ensure that work is delivered within scope and on time.
  • Manage delivery as assets are created, reviewed, revised, and approved.
  • Assist in the development of client presentation materials.
