"You’re Gonna Need Milk for That" Campaign

Our collaboration with The Dairy Alliance (TDA) and the Georgia Agriculture Commodity Commission for Milk (GAACCM) on the “You’re Gonna Need Milk for That campaign showcases our expertise in NIL marketing. The project aimed to promote the benefits of dairy through influencer marketing, leveraging the power of Georgia college football athletes Jordan Davis, Nolan Smith, and Nakobe Dean.

By creating a localized version of MilkPEP’s national campaign, we engaged with fans of the University of Georgia (UGA) and expanded our reach through a strategic mix of social media posts, paid media, and creative content development. The results speak for themselves: over 3 million impressions, a 131% increase in website traffic, and a successful merchandise line supporting the Georgia Dairy Youth Foundation.

Our innovative approach not only highlighted the nutritional benefits of milk but also capitalized on the athletes’ authenticity to connect with the audience. The campaign’s success culminated in a sponsorship of the UGA spring “G-Day” game, further boosting visibility and engagement.

"Milk Bowl" Campaign

The “Milk Bowl” campaign pitted SEC football rivals Joe Milton (quarterback) and Ladd McConkey (wide receiver) against one another to highlight milk’s strength-building protein and hydration benefits.

By tapping into the existing rivalry between the University of Georgia (UGA) and the University of Tennessee (UT), we created a compelling narrative that resonated with fans. Our multi-pronged approach included organic social media engagement, athlete influencers, digital out-of-home (OOH) advertising, Instagram ads, radio, local broadcasts, and streaming. This diverse media mix ensured robust coverage across all customer touchpoints.

The results were impressive: the campaign reached 3.4 million unique users, achieving almost 100% coverage within our target audience in Georgia and Tennessee. With 114 million impressions, 621k engagements, and 100% positive sentiment, the “Milk Bowl” campaign successfully highlighted milk’s unexpected benefits and connected with both household managers and younger audiences.

"Dunks on You" Campaign

The “Dunks on You” campaign featured Tennessee college basketball players Zakai Zeigler and Kendric Davis. This Twitter-driven campaign invited fans to participate in a virtual milk dunk contest during March Madness.

Leveraging the excitement of March Madness, we blended NIL talent with engaging social content targeted at Tennessee college basketball fans. Our vibrant and animated campaign encouraged users to tweet with the hashtag #DunksOnYou, fostering engagement and raising awareness about milk’s nutritional benefits. Despite the challenge of Zeigler’s unexpected injury, we quickly adapted the strategy to maintain momentum and support.

The results were outstanding: the campaign generated 10.9 million impressions, 108k Tweet engagements, and 99% positive sentiment. By effectively combining organic and paid social media efforts, we created a highly engaging and successful campaign that highlighted the benefits of milk to a wide audience.

"Milk Delivers" Campaign

The “Milk Delivers” campaign involved Stetson “The Mailman” Bennett IV, the starting quarterback for the University of Georgia, to position milk as the ultimate recovery drink for athletes. The campaign kicked off with a press conference where Bennett announced his new nickname, “The Milkman,” followed by a series of well-received commercials and in-store activations. Our comprehensive integrated strategy included NIL influencer marketing, paid media, earned media, and philanthropy, all while staying true to The Dairy Alliance’s message.

The results were remarkable: 12 million total impressions, 8 million earned media impressions, and 83% positive sentiment. By engaging five college athletes and creating 45 pieces of content, the “Milk Delivers” campaign successfully captured the attention of sports media, young athletes, and Georgia sports fans. The campaign’s success was further amplified by strategic collaborations and a significant social media presence, trending #3 on Twitter.
