Amanda Lucey, CEO of The Partnership Atlanta

Amanda Lucey has been a communications leader, providing strategic public relations, branding and corporate communications for clients and companies across the country for over 20 years.

Amanda is the CEO of The Partnership, Atlanta’s oldest privately held agency. The firm is a full-service marketing, branding and digital communications agency which has been recognized for excellence by AIGA, Addys, American Advertising Federation, CLIO Awards, Communication Arts, EFFIE Worldwide, New York Festivals, One Show, Radio Mercury, NY Art Director’s Club, the Sawyer Award, & US Film Festival.

She is an accomplished entrepreneur, founding Moxie Media and Marketing in 2012 (DBA M3 Effect). The company grew tremendously within its first five years, doubling growth in 2017. Making a strategic decision to accelerate growth in March 2018, Lucey announced a joint venture between M3 and The Partnership, which led to the full acquisition of the Partnership in November 2018.

Amanda has extensive marketing experience including consulting roles with the Georgia Department of Labor and DeKalb Economic Development Authority. She has worked on several political campaigns and served as the marketing chair for various non-profit organizations.

Her background includes service as the Director of Communications and Public Relations for the Southeast United Dairy Industry Association, a marketing organization promoting milk and dairy products. She managed all marketing and communications efforts and was responsible for issues and crisis management, media training and developing marketing strategies.

She has held executive roles with both the U.K. and U.S. governments. She was the Vice Consul, Head of Political, Press and Public Affairs for the British Consulate General, in which she managed all media relations strategies and delivered the UK’s policy and public diplomacy priorities. She also served as a media correspondent and director of communications for the U.S. government and has extensive public affairs experience. Prior to working in D.C., Amanda worked for the Georgia General Assembly House of Representatives.

Amanda is an accomplished public speaker, business owner and volunteer. She is an active member of The Junior League of Atlanta and serves as the Chair of The Green Chamber of the South. Amanda lives in Vinings, Georgia.

With over 15 years of experience in advertising, Alex has helped build teams and cultivated talent in both global agencies and boutique shops.

He’s helped create award-winning campaigns all over the world from Toronto, Canada to Sao Paolo, Brazil. And along the way, worked on some of the biggest brands, including Google, ESPN, DirecTV, Coca-Cola, the NBA, and Chrysler.

Originally from Miami, Alex moved to Atlanta in 2013 in pursuit of quality fried chicken and four seasons.

He’s a Creative Director, copywriter, stand-up comedian, and fountain of useless pop culture trivia. But most recently, he’s played the role of dad, diaper genie, milk warmer-upper, and Disney Junior cartoon aficionado.

As The Partnership’s Digital Director, Jeremy Hill leads full-funnel omnichannel, digital marketing efforts for the agency’s broad portfolio of clients.

A well-versed storyteller in the body of an award-winning marketer, Jeremy has cemented a reputation as a digital fixer across a wide range of industries, including agriculture, architecture, consumer packaged goods, and media & entertainment. A journalist at heart, Jeremy enjoys identifying the “why?” aspect of strategy and the “how?” to support it tactically.

Jeremy maintains an always-on philosophy, but during downtime, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife Brooke and their three children.

Marian Muldrow, Director of Operations at The Partnership

With five college degrees and three certifications under her belt, Dr. Marian Muldrow is a self-diagnosed lifelong student. She prides herself on learning by being both the student and the educator.

Not only can she discuss the ends and outs of early American literature and recite the poetry of Realist poets from modern American literature, she can diagram the toughest sentence structures, deconstruct both prose and poetry to create her own voice and research the annals of African American literary history to debate the literary merit of past and present Black scholars. This is attributed to her being a published poet and essayist in her own right.

When it comes to the work Marian does for The Partnership, she has close to two decades working in government and education and came to The Partnership with experience in supervising, budgeting, project management and the ability to handle day-to-day operations of small to mid-size organizations. She has brought various programs onboard including an internship program, community service, and professional development just to name a few.

With an eye for detail and organization, Marian will ensure the timeliness of project completion, enforce deadlines and keep the scope of work within the budget.

Outside of work, Marian has plans to visit all seven continents with the next stop being Africa. Travel, to Marian, is the passport to self-discovery, independence and understanding others through a fresh lens. Marian is committed to building partnerships at home, in her community, in her nation, and around the world. After all, she believes the world gets a little bit smaller the more of it we see.

Robert Yanks, Director of Account Management

Robert brings a big agency mindset to our quick and nimble team. His career has taken him to large agencies like BBDO, MullenLowe, Zimmerman Advertising, and The Tombras Group. He knows what it takes to manage national and global campaigns.

With experience on clients like USAA, AT&T, Meineke, Maaco, Peach Pass, IHG and AutoNation, he provides deep insights into several industries.

Robert leads client-facing relationships while ensuring that The Partnership delivers work on time, on strategy and to the highest standards.

When he’s not balancing budgets or keeping our team on deadline, Robert enjoys spending time outdoors and taking advantage of Georgia’s many hiking trails.

He is also always up-to-date on Atlanta’s robust foodie scene and loves exploring the trendiest restaurants and bars with his eating partner (and wife), Katy.

David Arnold, Founder of The Partnership Atlanta

David Arnold



David Arnold is anything but boring. In fact, there are so many interesting facts about his colorful past, it’s hard to choose just one or two.

For example, he has studied Eastern culture and aesthetics specializing in wabi-sabi (the Japanese art of flawed beauty and imperfection) and has also studied and attained multiple levels in Ikabana from the Ichiyo school. David’s father was also a Methodist minister who ran moonshine (but never on Sundays). Lord knows the man had to feed 3 hungry boys.

David is an accomplished artist in oils as well as ceramics (he has pieces bought by the board of directors of the Smithsonian). He’s had one-man shows in galleries from New York to Florida, and has had work commissioned by numerous private collectors, including Halle Berry, Hamilton Jordan and Charlie Gibson. He has studied with abstract impressionist Robert Motherwell from Stanford University, Toshiko Takaezu from Princeton University and Paul Soldner from Scripts College. He’s also worked as a professional photographer, shooting for Saks Fifth Avenue, Women’s Wear Daily and many Fortune 1000 companies.

He started The Partnership in 1977, and two of his original clients are still clients today.

David also loves to win (SEC football anyone?). An accomplished equestrian, he rode for nine years, David and his wife Susan have won several national championships and top five rankings in the world championships, and entered the Olympic trials for the Beijing Olympics in Reining. He also studied with Monty Roberts the original Horse Whisperer and sometimes uses those same mind bending tricks on humans, but just for good not evil. David’s also won over 200 national and international awards for his work in film and print, and was voted one of the “Top 100 Most Creative People in America.” He also holds 10 U.S. Patents for inventions created for internet marketing automation.

David has also just co-created a new one of a kind Geo-digital platform tool for best customer targeting called Dandelion. Dandelion acts as an interrupter to internet shopping for retailers and informs media buying decisions against specific consumer behavior for up to 3 years.

Of course these days, David’s competitive streak is fed by winning business both for the agency and his clients. He believes the best way to accomplish that is to offer a full range of integrated services—digital marketing, design, and advertising communications.

He runs The Partnership with a firm hand on the reins (must be that equestrian thing), and has helped guide many accounts to greatness over the years, including Bell South, Dow Chemical, Monsanto, Wrangler, Kimberly-Clark, InterContinental Hotels Group, Amoco, Russell Athletics, Ferrari, Maserati, FDIC, and many more.

Last but not least, he’s has served on the Board of Directors of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
