The joint developers of The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta, CBL and Horizon, needed us to create and launch the brand. However, being 30 miles north of Atlanta, a city saturated with malls and shopping centers, we knew we had to also make The Outlet Shoppes a destination.
Along with creating the brand’s identity, look and feel, we created a highly efficient multimedia effort across paid, earned and owned media including broadcast, PR, social, digital, mobile and live events.
• Created $6.5M in earned media value • Increased Facebook likes from 3k to 25k in just a few months • 85% of the 120 stores reported results that exceeded expectations • Opening weekend created a traffic jam extending onto I-575 causing police to reroute traffic for three days
