Whether supporting innovation, education, or compassionate care, Philanthropy ensures every experience is rooted in purpose and personal connection. 

Opportunity

NCH’s Annual Ball is more than a night out—it’s a catalyst for transformation. As the healthcare system’s signature fundraising event, the 66th Annual Ball aimed to raise $3 million in support of the education, training, and advancement of NCH nurses and clinical care teams under the Recognition of Service Excellence (R.O.S.E) initiative.

Our role? Serve as the creative partner from start to finish—developing the event theme, concepting immersive moments, building the visual identity, and producing all marketing materials that shaped this impactful evening.

Approach

We began where we always do—by listening. The NCH team shared their vision of celebrating service and spotlighting excellence in clinical care. Our creative team translated this into three distinct thematic concepts—each visualized through engaging and vibrant mood boards. The concept that resonated most: Under the Rose Moon, a name imbued with elegance, symbolism, and wonder. 

From there, we crafted a visual identity that embodied the story. The final logo, an ethereal rose delicately wrapped around a crescent moon, became the centerpiece for all event collateral, merging beauty and meaning into a single mark. 

Our visual identity system seamlessly extended the recent NCH rebrand, ensuring consistency across every event touchpoint. From elegant invitations and detailed event programs to large-scale signage and in-the-moment experiences, every element was crafted to reflect the sophistication of the Under the Rose Moon theme. Beyond branding and design, we offered experiential guidance to help bring the theme to life in thoughtful and immersive ways. 

Impact

The 66th Annual Ball wasn’t just a celebration—it was a statement, and an emotional experience. Through compelling storytelling and a thoughtfully executed visual identity, the event energized donor engagement and reinforced NCH’s position as a leading, independent healthcare provider in the region.
