Following our initial brand strategy work, The Weber School, an independent Jewish high school in Atlanta, gained greater clarity around its voice and messaging. But like many mission-driven organizations, they were facing a common challenge: limited staff time and increasing content demands across admissions, development, leadership, and academics.
The Weber team was exploring ways to streamline and scale communications, while maintaining the consistency, quality, and human tone that reflect their school’s values. With growing demands across audiences, they were seeking thoughtful solutions that could support their internal team.
Weber’s internal teams were being asked to produce more updates, newsletters, and fundraising materials, all while keeping communication consistent and aligned with their mission. They needed tools that could extend their reach and not just generic AI helpers, but ones that could reflect the consistent and meticulously curated tone, priorities, and strategy already in place. Tools that sounded like Weber. Tools they could actually use.
The Partnership translated strategy into utility by building and training AI tools that empowered the Weber staff to speak with one voice, to keep up with the ever-growing content needs across teams.
Early messaging strategy work with Weber served as a starting point for shaping our content approach. From admissions materials and donor communications to “Why Weber” talking points, The Partnership had already helped define how the school should speak. We used that voice to power and train custom AI tools that could generate brand-right content every time.
The Partnership created four Custom GPTs, each with a specific use case:
Ed’s Voice GPT
Weber Fund GPT
Focused on fundraising language, case statements, impact messaging, and
board updates.
Newsletter GPT
General GPT
Alongside the GPTs, we deployed multiple instances of NotebookLM, Google’s AI-powered content studio. These tools provided additional capabilities, including:
Audio and Video Overviews
Automatically generated summaries of source material in multimedia formats. Ideal for donor briefings, board recaps, or academic overviews.
Mind Maps and Flashcards
Used by staff and faculty to organize complex ideas and build learning materials.
Custom Reports and Quizzes
Supporting development communications and internal team onboarding.
The Partnership trained and onboarded Weber’s internal admin to manage access, update source material, and grow usage. The tools were built to evolve with the school, not as a one-off project, but as an ongoing part of their operational toolkit.
Impact
What made this implementation successful wasn’t just the technology; it was the alignment between voice, purpose, and ease of use. By layering custom built AI tools on top of already established brand language, The Partnership created a seamless extension of the human-lead work already in motion.
Since launch, Weber team members across departments have adopted the tools into their daily workflows:
What started as a brand refresh became a foundation for smarter, more scalable communication, powered by AI, grounded in strategy, and built for what’s next.
