Amanda Lucey

Amanda Lucey

Chief Executive Officer

Amanda Lucey has been a communications leader, providing strategic public relations, branding and corporate communications for clients and companies across the country for over 20 years.

Amanda is the CEO of The Partnership, Atlanta’s oldest privately held agency. The firm is a full-service marketing, branding and digital communications agency which has been recognized for excellence by AIGA, Addys, American Advertising Federation, CLIO Awards, Communication Arts, EFFIE Worldwide, New York Festivals, One Show, Radio Mercury, NY Art Director’s Club, the Sawyer Award, & US Film Festival.

She is an accomplished entrepreneur, founding Moxie Media and Marketing in 2012 (DBA M3 Effect). The company grew tremendously within its first five years, doubling growth in 2017. Making a strategic decision to accelerate growth in March 2018, Lucey announced a joint venture between M3 and The Partnership, which led to the full acquisition of the Partnership in November 2018.

Amanda has extensive marketing experience including consulting roles with the Georgia Department of Labor and DeKalb Economic Development Authority. She has worked on several political campaigns and served as the marketing chair for various non-profit organizations.

Her background includes service as the Director of Communications and Public Relations for the Southeast United Dairy Industry Association, a marketing organization promoting milk and dairy products. She managed all marketing and communications efforts and was responsible for issues and crisis management, media training and developing marketing strategies.

She has held executive roles with both the U.K. and U.S. governments. She was the Vice Consul, Head of Political, Press and Public Affairs for the British Consulate General, in which she managed all media relations strategies and delivered the UK’s policy and public diplomacy priorities. She also served as a media correspondent and director of communications for the U.S. government and has extensive public affairs experience. Prior to working in D.C., Amanda worked for the Georgia General Assembly House of Representatives.

Amanda is an accomplished public speaker, business owner and volunteer. She is an active member of The Junior League of Atlanta and serves as the Chair of The Green Chamber of the South. Amanda lives in Vinings, Georgia.

Sela Missirian

Sela Missirian

Executive VP of Strategy and Business Development

The Partnership’s EVP of Strategy and Business Development, Sela is passionate about relationship-selling in a helpful, consultative way, and she loves to interact with new people.

With deep digital roots at multiple tech startups, international assignments and significant consulting expertise, Sela has developed solution-based marketing strategies for clients to achieve their business goals. Her sales activities have brought in top-tier clients such as Citrix, Piedmont Healthcare, SAP, Voya Financial, Purchasing Power and Equifax. Sela is also the creator of a seven-year Women’s Networking Event for female marketing executives with ongoing community development.
 
Prior to consulting, Sela was an in-house technology marketer for two successful software start-ups from launch to acquisition: 1. Digital design leader 3D/EYE (acquired by Autodesk) and 2. Fintech leader Security First Network Bank/S1 Corporation, the world’s first internet-only bank (acquired by ACI).
 
Sela is a 10 year regular lecturer at GA Tech’s Scheller College of Business Executive MBA program. She enjoy giving back to the community by participating on the board of Plywood People, a social innovation non-profit. Sela graduated with a BS in Design from Cornell University and enjoy cooking Middle-eastern food, tasting NY Finger Lakes wines and curating the good life. 

Jeremy Hill, Director of Digital at The Partnership

Jeremy Hill

Senior Director of Operations & Development

As The Partnership’s Director of Digital and Development, Jeremy Hill leads full-funnel omni-channel, digital marketing efforts for the agency’s broad portfolio of clients.

A well-versed storyteller in the body of an award-winning marketer, Jeremy has cemented a reputation as a digital fixer across a wide range of industries, including agriculture, architecture, consumer packaged goods, and media & entertainment. A journalist at heart, Jeremy enjoys identifying the “why?” aspect of strategy and the “how?” to support it tactically.

Jeremy maintains an always-on philosophy, but during downtime, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife Brooke and their three children.

Lindsay Zarczyski

Senior Group Creative Director

Zarczynski brings a decade of experience in the advertising industry to her role with The Partnership, having worked with global brands such as Samsung, Southwest Airlines, Ace Hardware, SharkNinja, and Carnival Cruise Lines.

“My passion lies in opening a toolbox of media, strategy, design, and copy to find the best creative solution to any business problem a client presents,” said Zarczynski. “Anything can be a creative opportunity if we look at the assignment holistically, finding the best way to solve partner needs while ensuring beautifully crafted, strategic execution.”

Zarczynski’s approach has a proven track record throughout her career, having enjoyed consistent success in her professional endeavors. Most recently, she spearheaded 10 campaigns in two years for SharkNinja, delivering impactful results for the client while raising the bar for what was creatively possible.

Beyond her ability to execute complex creative campaigns, Zarczynski also shares The Partnership’s values of contributing to the local community by building up those around her.

“I believe strongly in building an agency culture that mentors and grows talent and gives back as an active member of the community,” Zarczynski said. “These values have played a big role in my career and are big reasons I am thrilled to be joining The Partnership and working with this amazing group of talented individuals.”

In her role as the Senior Group Creative Director, Zarczynski will expand on The Partnership’s track record of fast-paced growth while delivering exceptional results. Her distinct combination of experience, interpersonal skills, and endless creativity will make her a valued and impactful member of the team.

Kara Down

Senior Director of Brand Strategy

Throughout her career, Kara has gained considerable consulting and project management experience in the financial services and healthcare industries, particularly focusing on risk and compliance, organizational change management, and strategic operations. Kara is passionate about health and wellness – she is a fitness instructor and personal trainer, loves to cook and eat clean, and enjoys helping others achieve their fitness goals. She is also a mom to two amazing children. In her spare time, you can find her on the beach.

Kara Down of Naples, FL, began her career as a media relations coordinator with HCA, Inc. in Nashville, Tennessee. During her tenure with HCA, Kara worked directly with the office of CEO to manage press releases, media events, and marketing efforts for the 151 hospitals in the network owned by HCA. After 4 years in the healthcare sector, Kara transitioned into the financial industry working in mergers and acquisitions for Wachovia in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this position, she managed a range of complex organizational responsibilities, from the oversight of all human resources project teams to various aspects of Wachovia’s internal communication processes. In 2010, Wells Fargo acquired Wachovia and she transitioned to a management position in the home mortgage division based in Franklin, Tennessee. She excelled in this role, successfully leading a number of cross-departmental activities and projects, and ultimately expanded her position to include implementation consulting services. After a decade with the bank, Kara Down entered into the role of principal consultant with NTT Data Services in Naples, FL, a position she has held for more than seven years.

Shaheen Solomon

Senior Director of Public Relations

Shaheen has more than 15 years of marketing, branding, and public relations experience as a talented and multifaceted professional.

His career spans across communications, philanthropy, and community engagement having begun as a communications and mass media professional in Atlanta with Porter Novelli, an international communications firm. He’s served as manager of public relations for the Southeast United Dairy Industry, as director of community relations and communications for Georgia Regional Hospital at Atlanta, as director of development for the University of West Georgia, and founded SOLOmedia Communications.
Shaheen is actively engaged in the community, serving as a board member for both the 4 Brighter Futures Foundation and the Georgia Southern University Network of Black Alumni. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and resides in Atlanta with his wife, Reine and three children.

Adam McCargo

Senior Account Director

Adam has been in the digital marketing space for over 15 years. His focus recently was direct marketing in the non-profit sector, but he has B2C, and B2B experience in website design/build, creative production, and comms planning.

Outside work, he lives in Peachtree Corners with his wife Heather and 2 boys, William (6) and Joe (2). Adam attended The University of Alabama, so Roll Tide, but also follows all the ATL teams. Last, when possible, Adam plays disc golf poorly.

Rhea

Rhea Zigmund

Senior Account Director

Rhea brings experience helping organizations advance business objectives through strategic communications marketing. She leads the delivery of integrated programs and projects, including strategy, planning, research, creative, internal and external communications, earned media, paid media, social media, celebrity and influencer partnerships, events and experiences, and measurement.

Prior to joining The Partnership, Rhea was Vice President at Edelman where she specialized in Healthcare and Business Transformation. She led large-scale communications marketing programs for national health organizations. She also supported partners through change and transformation, such as mergers and acquisitions, rebrands, repositionings, restructurings, and workforce challenges.

Rhea holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Georgia State University with a specialization in organizational management. She is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner. Originally from Kentucky, Rhea earned her Bachelor of Science in Integrated Strategic Communications from the University of Kentucky.

Living in Atlanta, GA with her husband and two dogs, Rhea spends her spare time exploring the city and working with her local foster care community.
