Animal Agriculture Alliance Spring 2024 Conference Recap

The Summit is a one-of-a-kind conference attended by a diverse group of decision makers, including representatives from farms, ranches, allied industries, food processors, restaurants, grocery stores, legislatures, universities, government agencies and media.

We had the pleasure of attending and sponsoring this year’s Animal Agriculture Alliance’s 2024 Stakeholders Summit in Kansas City, Missouri. Our agency’s work in agriculture, dairy and animal health over the last two decades has resulted in deep relationships and a legacy of marketing excellence.

It’s a favorite conference for us in the animal agriculture sector. The format creates a rich exchange of ideas, experiences and strategies for action – and usually great Kansas City BBQ or a cocktail at Old Ebbitt Grill in DC! The Summit’s collective efforts in advocating for animal welfare, sustainability, farmer’s rights, consumer engagement and more is something we admire and look forward to seeing each year.

Animal Agriculture Alliance Spring 2024 Conference Recap 1Attendees are provided with a comprehensive overview of the current and future challenges and opportunities within the animal agriculture sector. The blend of strategic discussions, technological innovations and networking opportunities made it a highly productive and insightful event.

From our Atlanta flight with our client partners The Dairy Alliance, to table discussions about sustainability with Conagra and our client partner Maryland & Virginia Milk Producers, we loved connecting in this community. Learning from Yum! Brands and the critical role of data in consumer adoption. Seeing emerging innovations from Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health. Hearing practical ways to advance adoption from the National Pork Producers Council. Getting insights from the Food & Health Survey on changing consumer preferences and the importance of transparent, informative packaging. And of course, getting to reconnect with friends from Publix, Michigan Dairy and Alltech was a highlight.

One of the other special highlights was seeing our very own CEO Amanda Lucey moderate the two-day conference. She had a significant job of summarizing and highlighting content shared and adding valuable perspectives of her own. Well done, Amanda!

Animal Agriculture Alliance Spring 2024 Conference Recap 2This conference is a favorite for its size, shared mission, quality community and diverse topics. And most of all, real collaborating to solve problems and make significant strides towards positive change. It’s the same partnering spirit the Partnership brings to the many grower associations, dairy farmers, animal health and CPG providers in the agriculture industry we are honored to have as client partners.

Thank you to Hannah and our friends at the Animal Agriculture Alliance and all the speakers for a well-coordinated and impactful conference. Next year we will be back in DC, and we’re already looking forward.
