Breathing new life into a rapidly changing district.

As downtown Atlanta evolved, so did the needs of its Luckie Marietta district. Given our ample experience working with CIDs (community improvement districts) and economic development groups, as well as our understanding of the economic development space, we were primed and ready to step in and collaborate with a committee to develop a new brand for this district—and, in turn, create a new opportunity for curious residents of the metropolitan Atlanta area to explore and get to know their city.

Bringing the brand downtown.

We put together a net-new brand identity, complete with a stunning new logo and a new name: the Centennial Park District. Highlighting location was one of our partner’s top concerns, so we utilized map pins that could be activated in a variety of ways to direct people to their destination. We designed signage, banners, and materials that could be experienced outdoors and in-person. A strong digital presence and public relations efforts tied our launch campaign together, leading to a huge uptick in visits and tourism.
