TPx partnered with our Atlanta-based branding team because they needed a creative agency that understood complex B2B audiences. The Partnership offered both proximity and perspective—combining regional insight with national brand experience. With a re-energized vision, TPx wanted to go bigger, better, more dynamic, and more reflective of being a strategic partner. They wanted a full brand refresh to inspire their new website and deliver consistent marketing materials for use both internally and externally.

Opportunity

The IT market can feel like a sea of sameness. Everyone wants to be sleek and smart, and everyone says they’re the experts. TPx wanted to stand out as the true experts, and we wanted to help them bring that vision to life. Partnering with The Partnership, an Atlanta and Tampa based marketing agency, they set out to redefine how their brand communicates expertise, reliability, and human connection.

We did a complete brand audit of their website, socials, and marketing materials, and found a few key points of opportunity to fuel the conversation. First, their current brand felt dated and misaligned with their future goals, and the new TPx internal leadership saw a brand with bigger potential. This new look and feel needed to signal a change in the company and elevate its perception among prospective businesses.

Second, they wanted this modern identity shift to reflect their strategic value and highlight their people-first service model. And lastly, TPx wanted a partner to help them upgrade their digital presence to match their renewed vision.

Approach

At The Partnership, we like to say every great partnership starts with a conversation – which is why our first step is always hosting brand discovery workshops with key stakeholders to inform our strategic approach. Once we had a clear picture of where TPx sees themselves in the future, our marketing team began creating a strategic framework that would inform the workshopping of a new brand Zoom, brand narrative, and tagline to best represent them in the market and in their office.

Simultaneously, armed with insights and their North Star, we were building their new visual identity from the ground up. We started with moodboards to communicate graphic themes, visuals, and our conceptual approach giving us a tool to help workshop with TPx and understand their preferences. This led to us choosing new fonts and typefaces, sourcing new brand colors, and creating new brand guidelines. With the foundation set, we rolled out animated and sonic logos, revamped the UX, rebuilt the website page by page, and capped it off with a bold sizzle reel—revealing the refreshed brand at their corporate town hall.
